As a result of initial investigations, a 32-year-old male suspect was apprehended on March 16th of the previous year. The individual is accused of administering drugs to facilitate or engage in unlawful sexual activities. Notably, the arrested individual is a member of the police force and has been suspended from duty since his arrest.
After conducting further investigations and seeking legal advice, authorities have formally charged the 32-year-old male suspect with "non-consensual anal intercourse." The case is scheduled for a hearing at the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts tomorrow morning, on February 20th.
