In the early hours of Friday morning, law enforcement authorities in Tseung Kwan O took a man into custody after he was observed shooting at aluminium cans with what appeared to be an airsoft gun. The incident occurred at around 1:30 am at the intersection of Chi Sin Street and Tong Chun Street, and it was promptly reported by a concerned passerby.
Upon receiving the report, police officers swiftly responded to the scene and successfully confiscated the suspected airsoft gun from the individual involved. As a result, the man was arrested on charges of possessing an imitation firearm and is currently being held in police custody.
The Tseung Kwan O Police District has assumed responsibility for the case and will conduct further investigations into the matter.
