Hong Kong police are presently looking for a foreign domestic helper who was attempting to force a towel into a bedridden elderly woman's mouth in a flat at Lai Tak House in Sham Shui Po, security footage revealed.
The video circulating on the internet showed a 13-minute clip where a maid was attempting to band the old woman's hands with a towel and tie them with a rope. The maid eventually succeeded after the woman tried to resist all through her efforts.
The video also revealed the maid forcefully turning over the woman while both seemed to be exchanging words.
According to the report, the daughter of the elderly woman later reported the incident on Tuesday to the police that her mother was abused by the helper a day earlier in their home at Lai Tak House in Lai On Estate.
