Hong Kong International Airport is handing out round-trip tickets from Cathay Pacific to 15 lucky winners daily from now until the 29th of February.
This time, the offer would not be on a first-come, first-served basis but the participants are required to get involved by being creative in snapping pictures around the airport before they can be qualified for the lucky draw.
HKIA said that every participant who holds a valid on-day boarding pass can take creative pictures at designated photo spots within the airport and upload them to social media platforms with the hashtag #HKIAPhotoQuest.
Therefore, those who can successfully post four photos with the said hashtag can earn a $50 airport e-coupon and receive one entry to HKIA’s lucky draw for free tickets.
Additionally, those who post eight photos successfully with the hashtag will earn the $50 e-coupon and two entries to the lucky draw.
However, participants can earn an extra entry to the lucky draw if one of their photos is taken in a non-restricted area of the airport, it was said.
The participants would then be qualified to register at designated prize redemption counters in the airport by showing their social media uploading pictures with hashtags and also their on-day boarding pass.
The destinations for the free round-trip tickets include cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Taipei, Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, London, New York, Sydney, Vancouver, and Milan.
HKIA explained that lucky winners will be subject to pay relevant taxes and surcharges for Cathay Pacific’s tickets.
