Citizens and tourists can enjoy unlimited tram rides around Hong Kong Island for free next Tuesday, September 17, in celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival. This initiative, known as the "Ding Ding Fun Free Tram Ride Day," is organized by Hong Kong Tramways in collaboration with Huatai International.
The theme for this year's event is "One Moon Shared, One World Connected," which aims to foster cultural exchange and connection among participants from diverse backgrounds. Notably, this celebration marks the 120th anniversary of Hong Kong's tram service.
Since 2021, Huatai International has been hosting this event each year during the Mid-Autumn Festival, enhancing community spirit and engagement.
下星期二免費電車乘搭慶祝中秋節
市民和遊客下星期二（9月17日）可以在香港島上享受免費無限次的電車乘搭，以慶祝中秋節。這項名為「叮叮趣味免費電車日」的活動，由香港電車公司與華泰國際合辦。
今年活動的主題為「一月同享，四海連心」，旨在促進來自不同背景的參加者之間的文化交流和聯繫。值得一提的是，今年也是香港電車服務120周年的紀念。
