Fighter fighters found a burnt body after putting out the fire in a Hong Kong public housing flat

Hong Kong firefighters discovered a burnt dead body on Sunday night in a residential flat at a public housing estate in Hong Kong after they extinguished fire that broke out in the flat.

Emergency services received many distress calls around 10 pm when flames with thick smoke were seen coming from the windows of the 21st floor of Tsuen Wing Lau at Lai Tak Estate in Tai Hang, the report said.

It was reported that the fire could be extinguished by the firefighters around 10.29 pm.

Authorities said they were making findings to identify the victim and know the cause of the fire.

週日晚間，香港一處公共屋村發生的火災被撲滅後，香港消防隊員在該公寓內發現了一具被燒焦的屍體。

報道稱，緊急服務部門於晚上10時左右接到多起求救電話，當時看到大坑麗德村荃榮樓21樓的窗戶冒出火焰並冒出濃煙。

據悉，消防人員於晚上10時29分左右將火勢撲滅。

當局表示，他們正在調查以確定受害者身份並了解火災原因。
