To enhance the spectator experience, the Hong Kong Tourism Board distributed complimentary ice cream to the audience, providing a refreshing treat on the hot summer evening. They also recommended prime viewing locations, with many eager viewers gathering early at the Wan Chai HarbourChill and water sports areas.
As the performance began at 8pm, the audience, a mix of locals and tourists, held up their smartphones to capture the spectacle. The clear skies and lack of rain ensured uninterrupted enjoyment of the drone display, which proved to be a visual feast worthy of the Dragon Boat Festival celebration.
