The Democratic Alliance for Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB) has emerged at the top of this year's District Council elections as the 176 members in the District Committee constituencies (DCC) were elected by government-appointed members of three local bodies.
This year's District Council election involved 228 candidates that contested 176 seats. The DAB being known as Hong Kong's biggest political party won 68 out of the 77 seats that were contested which is almost 39 per cent of the seats on offer with an impressive win rate of 88 per cent.
New People's Party which is the second biggest won 10 seats, followed by Federation of Trade Unions with nine votes, and the eight votes won by the Business and Professionals Alliance.
Eight candidates were re-elected in this constituency as district councillors.
There were a total of 2,532 electors for this constituency which comprised the area members, fire safety and fight crime committees. It was recorded that almost 97 per cent cast a vote.
民建聯在區議會間接民調中名列前茅
民主建港聯盟（民建聯）在今年的區議會選舉中名列前茅，區委會選區的 176 名議員是由政府任命的三個地方機構的成員選出的。
今年區議會選舉共有228名候選人角逐176個議席。作為香港最大政黨的民建聯在角逐的77個議席中贏得了68個議席，幾乎佔議席的39%，表現令人印象深刻。勝率88 %。
第二大黨新民黨贏得 10 票，其次是工會聯合會，獲得 9 票，商業和專業聯盟獲得 8 票。
該選區有八名候選人再次擔任選區議員。
該選區共有 2,532 名選民，由地區成員、消防安全和打擊犯罪委員會組成。 根據記錄，近 97% 的人投票了。
