According to reports from SCMP, the “Cristiano Ronaldo Signature Museum in Hong Kong” will open its doors from June 2025 to May 2026, promising an immersive experience for fans across Asia.
The museum will feature engaging football activities, three-dimensional displays, and a dedicated photo booth, allowing visitors to delve into Ronaldo’s illustrious journey. Organizers Star Shine Holdings Group and Asia Partners IFBD Corporation aim to create a landmark event that showcases Ronaldo’s impressive collection of trophies and accolades.
In addition to the exhibits, exclusive CR7 merchandise, including signed items, will be available, highlighting Ronaldo's iconic No. 7 jersey with Portugal.
Ronaldo's visit is also linked to broader sporting events in Hong Kong. Pui Kwan-kay, chairman of the Hong Kong Football Association, has expressed hopes of having Al-Nassr, Ronaldo’s current club in Saudi Arabia, play in Hong Kong during the festivities surrounding the opening of Kai Tak Sports Park. While plans are still in preliminary stages, Pui noted the logistical challenges and costs involved but remains optimistic about making it happen.
