A 23-year-old invigilator has been arrested by Hong Kong police after allegedly posting content containing questions and answers of this year Hong Kong’s ongoing university entrance English-language listening test on Xiaohongshu, the popular Chinese social media platform.
Police stated that the woman was apprehended on suspicion of violating the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority Ordinance.
However, the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority made it known on Thursday that the incident had not affected the integrity of the test as the leak happened after it took place.
It was learnt by SCMP news media via a source that the woman was one of the invigilators for Hong Kong DSE exams and an assistant teacher in a secondary school.
It was added that it can not be ruled out that she committed the offence to benefit her tutorial businesses.
Police said she has been granted bail, awaiting investigation and is required to report to police in mid-May.

一名23歲監考員涉嫌在中國熱門社群媒體平台小紅書上發布包含今年香港高考英語聽力考試問答內容的內容，被香港警方逮捕。
警方表示，該名女子因涉嫌違反《香港考試及評核局條例》而被捕。
不過，香港考試及評核局週四表示，這起事件並未影響考試的完整性，因為洩密事件是在事情發生後發生的。
南華早報新聞媒體從消息人士處獲悉，該女子是香港DSE考試的監考人員之一，也是一所中學的助教。
補充說，不排除她犯罪是為了自己的補習生意。
警方表示，她已獲准保釋，等待調查，需要在五月中旬向警方報到。
